I'm doing some research to find out how much energy is saved by using compost tumblers. If everyone in the United States did composting, imagine the energy that would be saved. Make that half. I think even concieving of everyone here doing something to help save the environment is a little unrealistic. I will keep you updated. I just try to get people to think about all of those garbage trucks going down the road spewing diesel fumes into the air, and then try to imagine that number of trucks cut in half because, if everyone has a compost tumbler, they won't be needed.
